Hickory Hills hunts range from a single afternoon hunt to group packages. No matter the species or length of hunt, Hickory Hills has a high success rate on trophy animals.

All of the hunts with the exception of spring turkey are typically done in similar ways. Morning hunts are done out of portable stands overlooking travel routes, acorn flats, or the current food source. Afternoon hunts are usually done overlooking fields planted in crops, grasses and variety of clovers.

Mississippi is blessed with long liberal hunting seasons. Whitetail hunting season starts with archery season opening on October 1st. Rifle season opens the third weekend in November and last until January 20th. Primitive weapon hunters have the first two weeks of December and the remaining portion of January.

Turkey hunters are able to hunt during the spring. The Mississippi turkey season opens the third weekend in March and last until May 1st.

Hogs and all the exotic animals can be hunted year round.
